If the first six digits of your card are 418224 you have an older style Loaded Card.If you want to dispute the transaction, you'll need to contact us within 30 days of the purchase date.
To dispute a transaction please fill in the Dispute Form, scan it and email it to enquiries@loadedcard.co.nz or fax it to us on (04) 472 3091.
