The following are the fees and limits on Loaded™ Everyday cards:

ATM fees

Domestic ATM balance enquiry fee

When you use your Loaded Everyday card to make an ATM balance enquiry at a New Zealand ATM.

$1 per balance enquiry.

Domestic ATM cash withdrawal fee

When you use your Loaded Everyday card to withdraw cash at any New Zealand ATM.

$1 per withdrawal.

Domestic ATM transaction decline fee

When you use your Loaded Everyday card at any New Zealand ATM and the transaction is declined.

$1 per declined transaction.

Overseas ATM balance enquiry fee

When you use your Loaded Everyday card to make an ATM balance enquiry at an overseas ATM.

$1 per balance enquiry.

Overseas ATM cash withdrawal fee

When you use your Loaded Everyday card to withdraw cash at any overseas ATM.

$6 per withdrawal.

Overseas ATM transaction decline fee

When you use your Loaded Everyday card at any overseas ATM and the transaction is declined.

$1 per declined transaction.
Branch and other fees

Card replacement fee

When you ask for a replacement Loaded Everyday card

$15 for standard delivery within New Zealand.

$25 for urgent delivery within New Zealand.

$40 for international delivery.

Disputed transaction fee

When you dispute a transaction made using your Loaded Everyday card and it is not upheld.

$15 per disputed transaction.

Transfer fee

When you ask us to close your card and transfer your unused available balance to a bank account

$15.

Withdrawal at branch fee

When you use your Loaded Everyday card to withdraw cash at a bank or financial institution.

$6 per withdrawal.
Currency conversion

Overseas currency conversion commission

When you use your Loaded Everyday card for a foreign currency transaction.

3.5% of the New Zealand dollar amount once converted.

Please note that when Kiwibank converts foreign currency into New Zealand dollars, Kiwibank makes money on the conversion.
Default fees

Exceed available balance fee

When you exceed the available balance on your Loaded Everyday card.

$25 per time you exceed the available balance by making withdrawals or purchases.
Information fees (email, phone or text)

Email alerts fee

When you sign up for and receive email alerts.

$0.05 per email alert.

Phone service fee

When you call the customer service number.

$0.50 per call to the automated phone service.

$1.50 per call to a Customer Service Representative.

Text service fee

When you check your available balance by text.

$0.25 per request.

Your mobile service provider may charge you text messaging costs for sending texts.

The maximum amount that you can withdraw from ATMs, banks or financial institutions, and purchase, using your Loaded Everyday card.

$5,000 per day.

Maximum amount for purchases

The maximum amount that you can purchase using your Loaded Everyday card.

$5,000 per day.

Maximum amount for withdrawals from ATMs, banks or financial institutions

The maximum amount that you can withdraw from ATMs, banks or financial institutions using your Loaded Everyday card.

$1,000 per withdrawal.

$2,500 per day.

Maximum available balance

The maximum available balance you can have loaded on your Loaded Everyday card.

$10,000

Maximum load/reload amount

The maximum amount you can load/reload on your Loaded Everyday card.

$5,000 per load/reload per day.
Minimum

Minimum load/reload amount

The minimum amount you can load/reload on your Loaded Everyday card.

$5 per load/reload.
Fees and limits effective as at 1 July 2012. Fees and limits subject to change. A day is from 12 midnight to 12 midnight, Loaded cards are only available for purchase by persons in New Zealand and are not offered to any person outside New Zealand (and by purchasing a Loaded card you represent to us that you are in New Zealand and not in any other jurisdiction).
